"Warranty repair took a bit longer than I expected"
They ended up fixing it under warranty, so I can’t really complain too much. It did take longer than I thought it would, though. I don’t know all the details of what caused the delay, but from my side it felt like the process dragged on a bit.

"Good bike, but support was slow"
The bike itself has been fine, so no complaints there. But compared to other companies I’ve ordered from, the customer service felt really slow. I had a simple question and it took days to get a reply, plus I had to follow up twice. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely more frustrating than it needed to be

Well... the bike showed up in good condition, so no issues there, but a few parts didn’t really match what was listed on the product page. The color also looked different in person than it did online. When I reached out, support said the specs can change, but that definitely wasn’t obvious when I placed the order. For the price, it was disappointing...

I had one of those tragic little garage moments where my canyon took a tumble and, of course, a small part needed replacing. I was fully prepared for a whole saga, but it turned out to be way easier than expected. I went on canyon, found the spare part quickly, and the photos made it simple to confirm I was ordering the right one. It was actually in stock too, which felt like a small miracle. Delivery took a few days and arrived with zero drama. it’s nice to see they keep the little parts available, not just the big-ticket stuff

I ordered a bike from canyon.com and was a little nervous about how it would show up, but the packaging was seriously solid. There was a ton of protection in the box, and nothing was rattling around or looking sketchy. No scratches, no bent parts, everything arrived clean and safe. It did take a while to unpack, which was slightly annoying, but I guess that’s what competent packaging looks like.

"Good bikes, frustrating stock updates"
I really like canyon bikes, but trying to actually buy one feels like it works when it wants to. The model and size I wanted was out of stock for weeks, then the expected date changed again. I signed up for alerts, but by the time I checked, it was already gone. It’s not the worst shopping experience, but the stock info and notifications could definitely be a lot better

"Great bike, just bad timing with the delivery"
The bike showed up in good shape and I’m happy with it overall. The annoying part was the delivery timing — the dates kept shifting, and the tracking didn’t really make it clear what was going on. Customer support did get back to me, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. it might’ve just been bad timing when I ordered, but the waiting part was frustrating. I’d probably order again, just not if I needed it in a hurry.

"Wish I’d sized down"
I used Canyon’s size guide and it recommended a medium, but the bike feels a bit too long for me. It’s not like I can’t ride it at all, but it’s definitely not as comfortable as I’d hoped. I really wish I’d gone with the smaller size. Customer support was okay, but the sizing guidance didn’t end up helping much...
