"What it's supposed to be"
The product came quickly and was packed perfectly, with easy to follow instructions, and all of the tools I would need. I have been riding everyday and it is a great ride. You might want to look shipping rates; It cost me almost as much to get the frame-bag delivered as the bag cost in the first place. Maybe one free accessory delivery with the purchase of a bike.

I placed the order on a phone call buying from outlet store and thinking I was getting a bike that had been returned with a small blemish. Instead the bike I received 2 days after ordering was perfect and had not ever been ridden.

"Good value"
Good value. Bike arrived quickly. Packaged well, outside of box was battered and torn, but bike was fine. The bike was a customer return. The pictures didn't show any obvious wear other than grease on the chain rings. The actual bike was like new with no scratches or wear.

"I am happy!"
Determining the right bike size for me takes a while because my body size falls between 2 XS and XS. Waiting for the bike to be in stock took a few months, but it is worth the wait. Shipping was problem-free and ahead of the scheduled time. Bike assembly was DIY friendly and easy to do with the instructions given. The best part is ridding my Ultimate. It is a beauty and a head-turner. A lot of friends came to me and asked about the bike. Overall, I am a happy cyclist with my Ultimate.

"Terrible Experience with Canyon Company in Poland"
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Canyon Company and the bike I purchased from them. On just my third ride, the chain broke, leaving me stranded on the side of the road. I immediately submitted (via email as I couldn't reach service via phone) a request for help, but to my dismay, I never heard back from the company. After waiting for three weeks, I decided to call them for an update, only to be told that they were still waiting for parts and did not have any information on when they would arrive.
Now, I am left without a bike in the first month of use, with no clear indication of when I can expect to receive the necessary parts to repair it. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially considering the significant investment I made in this bike. I would not recommend Canyon Company to anyone, and I regret my decision to purchase from them.

"Assembly Experience"
The Bike was well packaged. A few issues l come across thou - I feel the bike build from the factory was rushed. A couple of issues i come across during the assembly:
- The front brake calipers had no stopper meaning the pads were locked together. So they had to be removed and pistons pushed back into place. This resulted in soft brakes meaning that they needed to be bled for safe riding
- The cable assembly was very messy and tangled. Some components like the front brake caliper and brake lever need to removed to untangle the cables and make it look neater.
- The Derailleur was not tuned. The shifting of gears was very rough and gears would jump in and out place. This required quite a bit of work to have them tuned.
I was out of pocket $100 as this needed to be done by a qualified mechanic.
Once everything was corrected and fixed, the bike was running really well.
I am happy with the purchase, i just think more care needs to be taken during the factory build process

"Sent my bike from the package directly to service center."
Sent my Precede ON:7 from the package directly to service center. It has broken Type-C port and after software upgrade it stopped to turn on. Some quality control would be nice to have in the company. Thanks Canyon for smooth experience!
